They are hopefully preparing a charge of ARSON (as he knowing knew that his actions would cause a house fire) He will need a RED ROBE judge for the ARSON charge. I fully understand that you may have bought some items in complete innocence. I fully realise I will never get them back. But I hope you will assist me in informing me of as much information for Romford Police to add to their charge.
